How it works

Sharing a Creative grants access to it and everything below it, so you share at the level the person actually works at rather than one Creative at a time. The Creative owner and people shared with comment permission or higher can be mentioned in its chat. A read-only collaborator is mentionable only if they are globally searchable.

Permission levels

Access is graded: reading, commenting, writing, and administering are separate. A reviewer who should comment but not restructure gets comment access; an agent that only summarizes does not need write. Only an admin on a Creative can change who is shared on it.

AI agents are participants too

An AI agent is added the same way a person is, with its own permission level. That is what makes an agent's reach reviewable — you can see exactly which Creatives it can read and which it can change, and revoke either.

Tips

• Grant the narrowest permission that lets someone do their job; you can raise it later without re-sharing.
• Sharing high in the tree is usually right — inherited access is easier to reason about than a dozen individual grants.
